You didn't specify the city and state where you live, but darn, I'd consider relocating to take your house! Unfortunately, I have invested here so I'm sort of stuck where I live for a while. You have a beautiful home and I'm certain someone will feel very privileged to live there. Good luck with the new job, house-hunting and all that goes with moving to a new city.

Taxes are approximately $2300. Square footage, I am not sure on the EXACT but it is around 1500. I will try and get some pics up of the bathroom today!

Would you consider renting the home? I am a newlywed, and we are both establishing new credit. We absolutely love your home. Our church is right around the corner. Would you consider renting?

Unfortunately we can't consider renting because of the mortgage and trying to get another house.
